At Rikolla Aid Foundation (RAF), we believe that health is more than just the absence of disease—it is a state of total physical, mental, and moral well-being.
Our 7th edition, themed “Re-engineering Our Moral Values as True Africans,” held at the Women Development Centre, Agege, was a landmark event. We moved beyond basic medical checkups to address the psychological and ethical foundations of our society.
This edition brought together a multi-disciplinary panel of experts to tackle the pressing issues facing the Nigerian populace today:
The Family Unit: A deep dive into the 21st-century parenting crisis and why we must stop “outsourcing” our children’s upbringing.
The “Get Rich Quick” Syndrome: Addressing the mental health burden and moral decay driven by extreme financial pressure on our youth.
Communal Humanity: A call to return to our roots and embrace being our “brother’s keeper” regardless of tribe or religion.
Physical Wellness: On-site free medical screenings and checkups to encourage preventative health practices.
